2. What this website does not do

The website has no user accounts, no contact forms, no newsletter, no advertising and no social media plugins. It does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools. Fonts are hosted on our own website, so no request is made to font providers.

3. Data processed when you visit the website

To deliver the pages and protect the website against misuse, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, your browser type and the referring page. This data is not used to identify you or to build profiles.

Hosting provider: Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages), acting on our behalf as data processor. Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area; such transfers rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These technical logs are kept only for as long as needed for these purposes, in line with the hosting provider’s retention periods.

4. Language preference stored in your browser

If you use the EN/IT language switch, the website stores your choice in your browser (local storage, key casuva-lang) so the pages appear in your language on your next visit. This information stays on your device, is not sent to us or to third parties, and is not used for tracking. It is strictly necessary to provide the function you requested, so no consent is required. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.

5. Contacting us by email

If you write to us, we process your email address, name and the content of your message in order to reply and, for business enquiries, to assess a possible collaboration. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Our email is provided by Google (Gmail). Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in its privacy policy. We keep correspondence for as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and for the periods required by law.

6. Links to Amazon

Product links lead to our shop on Amazon. When you follow such a link you leave this website, and Amazon’s own privacy notice applies.

7. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of processing, and data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 15–21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
